Blessed are they who hunger and thirst for righteousness

"Blessed are they who hunger and thirst for righteousness, they shall be satisfied."

Today, what is right; tomorrow, a mistake.  My child, times will be challenging, you must learn from your mistakes, learn to trust your heart.  Birthed into humanity, perfection does not exist so hold yourself not to a level which is unattainable less you become pompous and clouded by misdirected accomplishments.  Listen, my child, to your heart for it will not steer you wrong; listen for you will hear my voice calling to you.  Struggles and tribulations will accompany your journey but fear these not for I am with you always.  Do your best in all you attempt and your heart will be filled with warmth.  I see your choices, I see you strive to do what is right, to do what is just.  Do not heavy your heart when mistakes occur, do not beat yourself up; instead make your apologies and learn from such actions.  In following your faith, you will not be perfect; rocky roads lie ahead but you are equipped for such a path.  You have heard the phrase, "Practice makes perfect" but I say, "Practice makes permanent".  Over the years you have prayed, your have put your faith into action, you have learned that you do not walk alone and now, you soar on wings of faith for your permanent actions are not perfect but done with the intention of love.  Those whose actions are rote and robotic, they know not the reason for their action, it is just what they have always done.  But you, my child, you look to the purpose of your actions and reflect upon its intent; this is what sets you apart.  Though you have the same struggles as others, you have learned that imperfections of life need not hold you back, they need to become the baseline for decisions; rather this is the heart's job for it connects to that which cannot be seen, that which can only be felt via faith...me.  Each action performed from love is an attempt at righteousness, to bring justice, hope and peace to others.  Share the joy of your heart and others will feel what you feel, others will do as you do.  You know peace, you know joy, you know love all because you make every attempt to live your faith, live our connection and bring this connection to the life through your just actions.  Others flounder in this quagmire of life; thinking joy unattainable the quicksand swallows them until they choke with resignation  and are spit out among the fields of defeat.  You have the ability to show them the path through the quagmire.  Though the patches of quicksand my elicit fear, your wings of faith will carry you and others to safety until they, themselves,  learn how to use such a tool.   There will be times when doing what is right is not easy, it is not popular; listen to your heart and you will know when you fall upon these times.  The world is filled with criticism, with judgment, with distain and as such righteous actions are often ridiculed.  Just because something is easy, that does not make it right, it does not make it moral.  In fact, because the judgments of the world lend themselves to quick decisions and making others happy; morally correction decisions require introspection for accompanied is the realization that moral actions are not attached to happiness rather joy.  Since the joy comes from within, it cannot be removed when that which made one happy is removed.  Joy is of the heart and from the heart, it is a byproduct of a constant connection with my unconditional love.  Let not your heart be hardened for immoral actions are witnessed from the very best people because life is difficult; life, if lived in the mind, can be painful, can be debilitating and can be demoralizing and people quickly fall.  You, my child, will not fall for you live life in the heart, you know love, you know hope even in the midst of pain, you find greatness in this pain; when the hardness of life falls upon your shoulders, you do not become debilitated for you know to ask for help and I will lighten your load and when others fall you pick them up because the love in your heart tells you it is the right thing to do.  Do what is right, my child, and love with follow you all of your days; love will be your embrace, your voice, your step, your laughter, your tears and your apologies.  Blessed are you who strives to do what is right, who strives to always listen to your heart, ignoring the pressure from others to do what may be easier, more acceptable or just plain what has always been done before for you will be filled with love, filled with joy and live on an island of peace.  With practice, this love, this joy, this peace you will permanently become and others will seek your advice for your actions will speak for themselves as faith in love.
