What did you hear?

Wait, did you hear that? No? Listen closer.  There, did you hear it?  It is the sound of the world stopping, the sound of silence.   When was the last time you pushed the pause button on the mind?  When was the last time you put down your phone and watched a sunrise?  When was the last time no music was playing that you may hear you heart speak?  When was the last time you turned your tv off at night and just listened?  This is not to say be alone with your own thoughts but your heart, your soul, with the Father; silence the mind, the Father already knows your needs, just be present in His love...

Just experience

Just be

Who you are

Who God knows you to be

No masks

No pretend

In the silence feel

Feel the Father’s love

He gives it to you

Accept it

Embrace it

Become it

Now hear

Hear Him call out your name

Hear Him recognize your greatness

Accept this greatness

Become this greatness

Now see

See the Father wrapped in the world

See how He is presence in every aspect

Accept His presence 

Become the you He knows

Experience His reality

A great reality in which He has invited you

Step into this reality

Embrace it as your own

In the silence there is speech

In the silence there is a harmony

Your heart intertwined with the Father

Wordless words echo in the soul

You hear

You know

You see

You feel

All that He is 

All that He knows you to be

Without the calamity of the mind all is understood

Truths are made clear

The heart free to speak

The soul free to listen

In this silence it is you

The real you 

Embraced by the Father

You feel special

For you are special

You feel loved

Loved like no mortal can

For you are deeply cherished by the Father

Now is the time to recognize so closeness

Now is the time to be

The mind will soon return to its thoughts

The distractions will quickly return

Now is the time to learn the signs

Learn the feelings

Of the Father’s love

So that later, when all returns to mortal norms

You will remember the peace

Remember the love

And return again to the silence

To be rejuvenated in the Father

Accept now His love

Accept now His peace

Accept now His offering of Himself

And even amongst the distractions you will feel His presence

And happily return to the silence 

Where you will hear the Father call upon your name

You will hear Him whisper into your heart

In the silence you will be awakened

Awakened by the sound of the Father’s voice

In the silence you will hear...
