Peace

A sense of peace arises from within, from an understanding and acceptance of love.  Run, rush, go, humanity sets record paces making known it presence while neglecting the impulse to slow down and listen.  On the go we claim to see the world though why we see is that which the mind fabricates as reality. Passing through we memorialize events and places, hoping to find knowledgeable peace only to find complication and frustration. It is only when we listen to and with the heart do we find the peace for which we search. The hours, the years of searching for an external peace only to discover an internal settlement, trumps mammals construction. Peace we find, for peace we search yet searching but a waste of time for peace is of our spirit, it is our soul thus we need never search. Silent moment, a silent prayer for peace, a contentment discovered in a breath. For in but a moment peace is offered, the acceptance lies with us, alone. No more struggles, no more fears, no more wasted time searching for peace is our being, our soul intertwined with the Father gives us that which we so need...peace. In the chaos of humanity a settling of the mind seems preposterous to say the least yet it is our spirit which knows such calm, which knows the direction of the Father. Walk we shall, move we must, in the direction of peace for it is here we learn, here we accept an offering above our human reach. That which is created, the conceptualized, the theorized mandates optical performance coupled with study that we may correctly identify tangible achievements derived by the human mind. That which we see, that which we hear, that which we speak and know is but a farce, an absurd claim of conscious understanding; of commitment greater than the sum for the mind it taunts, tainting our vision that we see only that which we want. What we hear has been skewed creating a slur of speech.  Knowledge is not gained for knowledge in truth never spoken, never heard, never acknowledged by the heart for the mind wraps its claws claiming dominion over our being. Perplexed we walk, we peruse that which we call life, claiming it our reality complete with fear, indecision, pain, and worry.  If we but walk in the light of the Father, in the path of faith, we can set aside our struggles, leave the weight of the world we we currently carry along the road and walk in the His offering of peace. Yet it is our ego which claims our steps, mandating a course of fury, a course mapped by pride, drawn by agony, and maintained by defeat.   That which needs a the glory comes not from the Father, it comes, rather, from the ego, encroaching upon our freedom to live as one vested in love. Claims of stardom, claims of glory circumvent the heart leading us down a road of indecision and panic. Forego we must the extravagance of the ego, the desires set forth by the mind for they are but detergents to the visions of the soul.  Look we must with the heart, hear we must with the soul that we may definitely know the truth of the promises of the Father. Peace is ours, peace as described by the world, not by the ego as prescribed by the mind; but rather by the world set in motion by the Father that we may not struggle to see nor struggle to know for such knowledge comes with the unwrapping is faith. This world, marked by beauty, is a reflection  of our souls, it carries the Father that we may never be alone. Marked by peace, our soul sees clearly our path, inviting us to a home of love and joy.  If it is peace we desire then it is the Father we must trust, for it is the Father we see in each moment though sometime we forget to acknowledge. Peace in this moment, peace for a lifetime, the heart it calls us home. Two paths lies before us, one lined with peace, the other with glory...do we follow our heart and find peace wrapped in love or do we follow or minds and discover glory wrapped in pretentious wants? The choice lies in our freedoms...choose wisely.
