When we travel, we have the opportunity to see the world, explore continents, emerge ourselves within a culture that we may make discoveries which propel us into a moment; an acceptance of life. Languages are conceived, ideas formulated, the world within our reach, yet ever out of reach for life is not limited to tangible discoveries, rather; life includes experiencing love within the realm of the Father’s reality. Taken away from the madness of humanity’s chaos, we are able to better see life from the perspective of love, from the perspective of hope for the smog hinders not our clarity as we see with the awareness of the heart. Closed off is our mind, for the ideologies of the world is darkened by the truth of love, the closeness of understanding and the wholeness of peace. Clearly we see, clearly we hear, clearly we understand the Father for distractions claim not our thoughts, claim not our person as we submerge into a life vested in the truths of the Father. Claiming vision, the world wishes us to pair labels with identities as realities are discoverable only with tangible motives. Vision of the heart needs not a tangible function to manifest truth, to manifest fullness; yet such visions are difficult to see when reality is tainted by fabrications and ill-willed declarations. With travel, we find silence; with silence we find a discoverable reality never mentioned by society yet understood by the soul. It is this reality where we become aware, where the heart is awakened and the mind silenced. In this reality, truth is manifested as a gift not a distraction, nor a burden. It is this truth which awakens our soul to the unconditional love of the Father, love gifted to us at birth. In our travels we come across these pockets of reality which fuel us for the wading in the chaos of life; but wouldn’t it be wonderful if these pockets became reality, if these moments of being cherished, moments of unfounded love, moments of overwhelming appreciation were not a moment but rather life? If we were to view a painting two inches from our face, it would appear blurry and distorted, it is not until we move back from and see the painting as a whole that we are able to appreciate its splendor. The same seems to hold true for life for when we back up we are robed in the truths of love, understanding and compassion, able to see beauty while cherishing faith; yet when we get too close to the chaos deemed reality by humanity, our vision becomes skewed, our hearing impaired and our heart buried among the ruins of theories, irrational discoveries and senseless desires. So why not distance ourselves from this chaos that we may never feel pain, never feel anxious, ever feel negatively overwhelmed again? Truth is we are human which causes us to roam, to move in every direction, to explore the grandiose, to dwell in the swamps. Our humanity leaves us vulnerable to unwanted devastation and anxiety, perplexing and vexing motives and unexplainable desires yet we can live as one not haunted by such human shortcomings. Faith. Trust. These are our weapons of mass destruction for no matter how far we roam, no matter into what territory we wander, faith and trust are our means of escaping the clutches of the mind that we may share in the Father’s love no matter our global position. Our heart rests in the Father thus our heart has prepared for us a home, a home in which to safeguard us against the calamity perpetrated by humanity. Trust in the Father and that which seemed daunting today is but frivolous tomorrow. Trust, compounded with faith affords us the opportunity to enter each day filled with love, a love knowing no confines, wanting only greatness from each moment. This is when moments come together to create a lifetime, an affection of holiness, a closeness unparalleled. And so we travel, not to get away from life; but rather to experience the Father in every aspect of our lives and discover our heart, the beat of our soul compounded by unconditional love. Go, travel, live.
